BC Adventure Giveaway — Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This giveaway is hosted by Sportamii in collaboration with participating partner brands.
2. Eligibility
Open to residents of British Columbia, Canada aged 18 years or older.
Must be able to redeem prizes within British Columbia.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on April 23rd 2026 and closes on May 3, 2026 at 9:00 PM PST.
Entries submitted after this time will not be valid.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
Follow all participating accounts
Tag a friend in the comments (each tag counts as one entry)
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize Details
There will be five (5) winners, each receiving one of the following:
Grand Prize: 2-night oceanfront stay at Duffin Cove, Tofino - Gifted
Intro to mountain biking experience for two with RideHub - Gifted
5-class pass at Plunge Wellness Studio - Gifted
2 summer day tickets to Whistler Blackcomb - paid for by SPORTAMii
$200 CAD gift card to MEC - paid for by SPORTAMii
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Specific dates, availability, and any restrictions will be determined by the prize providers.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
Winners will be announced on May 4, 2026 via Sportamii’s Instagram account.
Winners must respond within 48 hours, or an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Conditions
Travel, transportation, and any additional expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
Some prizes may be subject to blackout dates, seasonal availability, or provider-specific terms.

8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that Sportamii may use their name and social media handle for giveaway announcements and promotional purposes.
9. Platform Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
10. General Conditions
Sportamii reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if necessary.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate Instagram’s guidelines may be disqualified.

11. Privacy
Personal information collected will only be used for the purpose of administering this giveaway and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

13. Only entrants who meet all eligibility requirements will be included in the prize draw. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
14. Selected winners will be required to correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question in order to claim their prize.
15. Sportamii reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms.
16. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sportamii and its partners from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of any prize.
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.
