By entering the SPORTAMii Fall Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. Sponsor
The Giveaway is hosted by SPORTAMii, operated by 1573171 B.C. Ltd. (“SPORTAMii”).
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who:

Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;

Are legal residents of Canada;

Have a valid Instagram account; and
-
Complete all required entry steps during the Giveaway Period detailed in this Instagram Post.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family members of SPORTAMii and participating prize partners are not eligible to enter.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on September 25th, 2026, at the time the Giveaway post is published on Instagram and closes on October 6th 2026, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
One (1) winner will be selected at random and announced on or around October 7th, 2026.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:
Canadian Wilderness Adventures
One (1) prize certificate for an “Any 3 Hour ATV or Snowmobile Tour” for two (2) people sharing one machine, generously donated by Canadian Wilderness Adventures (value approximately $500).
The certificate is valid until mid-April 2027, subject to the following blackout dates and restrictions:

The experience is subject to availability and must be booked directly with Canadian Wilderness Adventures. The winner is responsible for making their reservation and complying with any applicable booking, age, licensing, safety, weather, or other requirements imposed by Canadian Wilderness Adventures.
The prize certificate has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, except at the discretion of Canadian Wilderness Adventures.
Nita Lake Lodge
One (1) night of accommodation at Nita Lake Lodge.
The stay is valid until November 30, 2026, and is subject to availability and blackout dates. The winner must coordinate their preferred stay date directly with Nita Lake Lodge and comply with the hotel’s booking requirements.
Nita Lake Lodge will provide a 30% discount off the Best Available Rate for the one-night stay. SPORTAMii will cover the remaining 70% of the accommodation cost, based on the applicable Best Available Rate for the selected stay date. The approximate retail value of the accommodation may vary depending on the selected stay date and room availability.
MEC - physical Gift Cards
Two (2) MEC gift cards valued at $100 CAD each, for a total value of $200 CAD.

5. Prize Restrictions
The total prize package is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted, except at the discretion of SPORTAMii or the applicable prize provider.
Prize components are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the respective prize partners.
SPORTAMii is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, cancellation, change in availability, weather-related cancellation, or other issue relating to a prize after it has been awarded.
Any costs or expenses not expressly included in the prize description, including transportation, meals, additional accommodation, insurance, or other personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
6. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all entry requirements stated in the official SPORTAMii Giveaway Instagram post during the Giveaway Period.
Entries that are incomplete, late, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise do not comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
7. Winner Selection
One (1) eligible winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The selected winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message from the official @sportamii account.
The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted and will have to correctly answer a skill-testing question. If the selected winner does not respond within this period, is unable to accept the prize, or is found to be ineligible, SPORTAMii reserves the right to select another eligible entrant.
The winner may be required to confirm their eligibility and provide information necessary to arrange delivery or redemption of the prize.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SPORTAMii, 1573171 B.C. Ltd., its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, and participating prize partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
SPORTAMii and the participating prize partners are not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, Instagram outages, internet or network issues, unauthorized access, or any other circumstances beyond their reasonable control that may interfere with participation in the Giveaway.
Participation in any activity or experience forming part of the prize package is undertaken at the winner's and guest's own risk and is subject to the applicable safety rules, waivers, requirements, and instructions of the relevant prize provider.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, each participant releases Instagram and Meta from any liability arising from or related to the Giveaway.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used by SPORTAMii for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, contacting the selected winner, and fulfilling the prize.
By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for these purposes in accordance with SPORTAMii's Privacy Policy.
11. General Conditions
SPORTAMii reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway, or amend these Terms & Conditions, if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway.
SPORTAMii reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false or misleading information, or attempts to interfere with the proper operation of the Giveaway.
By entering, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
